Tipping the skipper and crew, what are the rules?

Tipping the skipper and the crew is customary if you have enjoyed their wonderful service.
Normally crew gratuities are around of 10% of the charter fee. Of course, this amount is adjustable up or down according to your satisfaction.
Making sure that all crew members receive the same amount of recognition it’s customary to entrust the distribution of the gratuities to the captain.
This way crew members that are not very visible such as engineers or culinary staff aren’t overlooked.
